RAJMA MASALA

COOKBOOK


INGREDIENTS

  • kidney beans
  • water
  • bell peppers
  • chili red
  • tomatoes
  • carrots
  • garlic
  • onion
  • ginger
  • garam masala
  • coconut oil
  • salt
  • sugar
  • *whole cumin seeds

DIRECTIONS
1) grind tomatoes, peppers, garlic and carrots and add sugar
2) cook kidney beans
3) in separate pan cook cumin seeds, onion and ginger until golden brown
4) add masala and cook lightly and then add vegetables
5) add kidney beans
6) add salt
7) cook for a few minutes and it is done
