INDIAN TOMATOE SOUP

COOKBOOK

Ingredients

  • tomato
  • red bell pepper
  • carrots
  • garlic
  • onion
  • ginger
  • coconut oil
  • salt
  • fennel
  • corriando
  • fenugreek
  • cinnamon
  • cumin
  • cloves
  • black pepper
  • chili(not roasted)
  • tummerik
  • cardamom
  • sugar


1) grind tomato, peppers, carrots and garlic
2) chop onions and ginger fine
3) heat pan w/coconut oil
4) add whole cumin seeds and chopped onions and ginger
-cook until it turns near golden brown
5)add garam masala and stir real quick
6) add grinded vegetables and water to consistency
7) let boil
8) serve w/nan or parathas or chapati
