INGREDIENTS
- tomatoes
- carrots
- bell peppers
- peas cauliflower flowerets
- onions
- Masala
- cilantro
- coconut oil
- sugar
DIRECTIONS
1) cook potatoes, peas and carrots together
2) cook cauliflower separately
3) and then strain and add cauliflower and mash
4) cook masala in coconut oil and later add some onions and later add tomatoes and then salt plus sugar and later add bell peppers
5) and add to mashed potatoes to onions and mix
6) serve with rolls
