POTATOES AND EGGS

COOKBOOK


INGREDIENTS

  • potatoes
  • salt 
  • pepper
  • oil
  • eggs

DIRECTIONS

  • peel potatoes
  • slice potatoes not too thin
  • put on pan with oil
  • cover with other pan
  • start on high turn down to med
  • cook till golden brown


optional
add onions once mostly cooked later add eggs and scramble
