Ingredient
- chicken breast
- oil
- salt
- pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- salt and pepper cutting board
- lay down chicken breast
- wash hands
- salt and pepper top of breast
- prepare skillet on medium heat
- once hot lay down chicken breast.... if you hear a sizzle when putting breast down it is hot
- on golden brown on each side it is done
- cut open one to make sure it is not raw
- if you fail bake on 300 for thirty minutes
