FRY CHICKEN

COOKBOOK

Ingredient

  • chicken breast
  • oil
  • salt
  • pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  • salt and pepper cutting board
  • lay down chicken breast
  • wash hands 
  • salt and pepper top of breast
  • prepare skillet on medium heat
  • once hot lay down chicken breast.... if you hear a sizzle when putting breast down it is hot
  • on golden brown on each side it is done
  • cut open one to make sure it is not raw
  • if you fail bake on 300 for thirty minutes
